Our Services
Inspection: Our standard inspection report covers all the major systems and structural elements of the house. This includes the condition of the homes heating and air conditioning systems, plumbing and electrical systems, roof, foundation, attic and visible insulation, walls, doors, windows and all visible structures. Having all of these areas checked and cleared of any possible issues will give you the peace of mind needed when buying a home.
Reports: Our home inspection report with pictures of most defects is issued the next business day via email. The report includes a summary of the major deficiencies as well as an itemized checklist and a maintenance checklist. Each report also includes a reference addendum (featuring graphic drawings) to help understand any construction terms that may be new to buyers.
Licenses: We are licensed, insured and we comply the state license requirements.

Our founder
Michael Hammock, the owner, has home construction in his blood. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s of Engineering in Construction Management, Mike’s knowledge of home construction and the inspection process is the solid foundation of his 30+ years in the business. Along with his business accomplishments, Mike has been involved in many leadership roles throughout the community including youth baseball and football, Chairman of the New Hope Planning and Zoning Commission, Scoutmaster, and Scouting Unit Commissioner. All of these experiences, both for work and the community, have given Mike the credibility people are looking for in a home inspector.
